Für meine Doktorarbeit befasse ich mich mit probabilistischen Formalismen mit logischen Konstrukten, wobei die Domänenobjekte bekannte sind. In diesen Formalismen wird standardmäßig u.a. Lifted Variable Elimination (LVE) genutzt, um Inferenz für einzelne Anfragen zu betreiben. Um mehrere Anfragen effizient abzuhandeln und für eine kompakte Darstellung wird der Lifted Junction Tree Algorithmus (LJT) als Erweiterung zu LVE verwendet. In meiner Arbeit erweitere ich jetzt die Formalismen und daraus resultierend LJT um temporale Aspekte. Hierbei geht es insbesondere um das Lösen verschiedenere Inferenzprobleme, wie z.B. Smoothing, Filtering und Prediction, und um das Lernen der zugrundeliegen Modelle.
